In Dolphin Bay we own 2 apartments on the second floor of an apartment building consisting of 3 apartments. It is the perfect place for couples and small families and each unit is equipped for up to 4 persons.
Relax with an amazing view from the open balcony over the Banana River. Watch the sunsets or dolphins and manatees. Explore the Banana River from our lush garden with our kayaks.
It is just a 2-minute walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean. There you’ll find beautiful and deserted beaches which invite you to go walking or go surfing. For more entertainment bars and restaurants are close by – many with direct beach or riverfront seating.
You are in a perfect location for many entertaining activities. Orlando is only a 45 minute drive away with world famous theme parks and shopping malls. On the horizon you can see the renowned Kennedy- Space-Center which is very interesting to explore.
Since Port Canaveral with its huge cruise ship harbor is only a 20-minute drive away – be our guest before or after your cruise.
The apartments offer all the essential amenities like AC (central) and free WiFi. Apartment 201 is a bit larger and has a separated kitchen area while the kitchen is integrated into the living room in apartment 202.
Both apartments consist of:
- 1x bedroom with king size bed, storage space and wardrobe
- 1x living room with sleeper sofa, dining space, flat screen TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery and crockery for 4 people, freezer, refrigerator, toaster
- 1x bathroom with toilet and shower enclosure, towels and beach towels
- 1x open balcony with direct view of the banana river, dining area and BBQ
- 1x pool (shared with the other 2 apartments)
- garden to be shared with the tenants of the other two apartments (including kayaks)
- one free parking space
If you are planning to stay at our apartment with more than 4 persons please do not hesitate to contact us: it is possible to rent the 2 apartments together or also to add the downstairs unit (which is not owned by us).
