Julian was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect and we felt instantly happy when entering this home. The deck , pool, kayaks and tiki hut were all wonderful features to make our trip unforgettable.

Julian what a kind host, allowing us to stop and use the amenities outside while we waited for our check-in time. We really enjoyed the space! Having the river on one side and the beach on the other with a pool in the middle was the perfect combination. There was a great touch of postcards for guests to send home from Cocoa Beach that we really appreciated.
