This place was perfect for our family (including 2 kids under the age of 10). The pool was clean and warm, and the perfect place to get in the water without the waves that the Atlantic side brings. The access to the water right in the backyard was perfect for dolphin watching and paddleboarding, and it brought beautiful views and tons of wildlife!

Julian was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect and we felt instantly happy when entering this home. The deck , pool, kayaks and tiki hut were all wonderful features to make our trip unforgettable.

Wow what a gem!! We loved watching for dolphins from the pool and the short walk to the ocean. Kayaking the river was such a thoughtful bonus from the host. We forgot to pack our beach umbrella and sand toys and there were plenty to use. We enjoyed looking for bioluminescence at night as well. So many great memories. Thank you!
