The best of both water sides! Really 3, the pool, the river and the beach were so wonderful and convenient during our trip. Great amount of space. Its so rare we find a bed thats actually comfortable and we slept great here. Our son loved the kayakes. We even got to see the fluorescent water on our first night. That was magical. Only negative I can think of that parking was difficult to go into at times because the the people below us kept blocking the drive way but we wiggled in. We will definitely return here the next time we come back to coco beach!

Fab apartment with amazing views from the balcony. Slept well. Well equipped. Pool area and decking was super and views were amazing. Chilled out vibe, just what we wanted. Restaurant at top of lane The Fat Snook was excellent. Would recommend to anyone overall. Julian was so helpful and supportive, we were really grateful it was such easy instructions to locate and access property, thanks so much for letting us stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The home was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our family.
The view was absolutely breathtaking and one of our favorite parts of the stay. We especially loved the kayak area—it was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience, with stunning scenery all around.
The hosts were kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and relaxing getaway!
