We had a wonderful stay at Julian’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better start to our vacation. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication was excellent from start to finish — Julian was responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. The location was great and perfect for spending quality time with family before our cruise. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Julian’s place to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a great time 3 years ago staying at one of Julian’s Airbnbs in Cocoa Beach…that we decided tor return again and this time bring our son too. This Airbnb was a terrific size for the 3 of us. We loved the private deck by the Banana River—we saw dolphins twice! Our son loved playing the pool after spending the morning at the beautiful beach. The restaurant, The Fat Snook, just a short walk away is one of our favorites!
